Overview

Koach offers subscription-based paid plans (Sankalp and Shikhar) billed monthly or annually. This Refund Policy explains when refunds are available, how to request them, and what to expect after a request is submitted.

By purchasing a paid plan on Koach, you agree to this Refund Policy in addition to our Terms and Conditions.

Eligibility For Refunds

We offer refunds in the following circumstances:

  • You were charged for a renewal you did not intend — if you contact us within 7 days of the renewal charge and have not made significant use of the platform during that billing period.
  • You experienced a significant technical issue that prevented you from accessing core paid features and we were unable to resolve it within a reasonable time.
  • You were billed incorrectly due to a platform error — for example, charged a different amount than what was shown at checkout.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are generally not provided in the following situations:

  • You changed your mind after purchase or no longer need the service.
  • You used the plan features during the billing period.
  • You forgot to cancel before a renewal date.
  • You are requesting a refund for a partial unused period within an active subscription.
  • More than 7 days have passed since the charge in question.
  • The request relates to a free plan — the Prayas plan is free and has no associated charges.

Annual Plans

For annual subscriptions, refunds are only available within 7 days of the initial purchase or renewal, provided you have not made significant use of the platform. We do not offer prorated refunds for the remaining months on an annual plan after the 7-day window has passed.

Introductory Pricing

Purchases made under introductory or promotional pricing are eligible for refunds under the same policy as standard purchases. The refund amount will reflect the actual amount charged, not the standard plan price.

How To Request A Refund

To request a refund, email us at [email protected] with the following information:

  • The email address associated with your Koach account.
  • The date and amount of the charge.
  • A brief description of why you are requesting a refund.

Processing Timeline

We review all refund requests within 3–5 business days. If your request is approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account.

We will notify you by email once a decision has been made on your request.

Subscription Cancellation

Cancelling your subscription stops future billing but does not automatically trigger a refund for the current period. If you cancel, you retain access to paid features until the end of the current billing period.
